Fast shipping, good customer service!

My products arrived with damage due to transportation, i.e One of the boxes looked like a forklift had gone right through it. The customer service for Musiker were very helpful and guided me through the process of returning the goods and replied quickly to all of my emails. I wanted a replacement but due to a lack of stock they simply refunded my money no questions asked. I'm tempted to mark them down purely for using that transport company but I myself have had to use them many times at my work and understand it's not always easy, particularly when shipping internationally. Damage sometimes happens. All things considered I had a friendly and honest experience with Musiker and would order from them again.

Thursday 31-01-2023, after a nine days journey I received an oversized plastic bag with 3 little tubes in their dented boxes (by several re-packings, most of the original box was disappeared). Despite the risk I tested them and they surprisingly work and do their job in a Vox Combo Amp. All's well that ends well Kind regards
