I got what I wanted. And quite quickly. Following was not so good because there was quite many days while those I didn’t get any information where my packet was going.

The website is clear, easy ordering and correct delivery. Correct, helpfull en friendly service from the customer service department, when unfortunately the product appeared to have a defect. It was resolved correctly. Thank you very much for that.

Had to wait a very long time before the product was shipped. I also received messages that the delivery was delayed. The order date was 08 04 and it was delivered on 19 04. And that for a package that could easily be sent by registered mail.

the packaging was so well sealed it took me 15 mins just to unwrap it!
