Difficult to return items. It's expensive to send these back all the way to Slovakia. The helmets only had one year of use left. That's a lot of money for such a short time.

The package was carefully packed and all items arrived in good condition. There was however no time to check the package from the outside as requested, because the driver left immediately. To give the customer just one minute to check the package is something that could be improved.
