When you to return an item, then you have to arrange it yourself. No instructions, no adress, nothing. You have to go to the site and ask to return the item. And then you get a mail with a returnticket. Enventually you can go to the postoffice to sent it back at your own expense.

Ho effettuato ordine e bonifico (subito) domenica 25 febbraio. Il 26 e anche il 27 mi sono arrivate da Muziker due avvisi di mancato pagamento (spiegato da loro come "automatismo") Ho inviato loro addirittura la ricevuta per esteso,,lamentandomi. Ad oggi 29 febbraio la UPS mi dice che consegnerà il 04/03/24!!
