Muziker: Perfect performance (5 stars) and competitive prices, but disappointment was the delivery courier (DPD) leaving the guitar box under the open sky for hours during work day without contacting me first :-( Fortunately it didn't rain, and no one picked up my package. Due to the latter, the over all rating only 4 stars.

First impression of the website is really good - Very beautiful website. I liked to see recommended retail price. Discount system seems to be really comfortable. Also pre-order part seems fun to have. Quality is lovely and shipping was fast. I enjoyed using this website. Definitely going to order more stuff from here in the future.

Received the headphone quickly and in good condtion and it is a good headphone for my severe hearing lost. I was amused by the little white cat in the header.

I bought a Jim Root Charvel guitar. Unfortunately, I didn't like it at all (not Muzikers fault, of course). So, I asked for a return/refund. 1 day afer they received my return, I already had my money. SUPER fast. Thanks Muziker, I hope to buy from you again in the future. And this time keep it : )

Everything okay

Delivery was quite slow and packaging was wet & broken upon arrival.

The goods sames to be lost during transport, instead of resending a new article i have to wait several weeks for the end conclusion. I already paid the goods and no refund or resend. This was my first order to Muziker. The price was competitive, the service not.

Some problems met ups. But product was perfect!
