The product (sewing machine) I bought was 500 euro cheaper than in my own country. It was delivered very quick. I have a guarantee of at least one year. I had an issue with the machine. They came to pick it up, repaired the machine within 2 weeks and brought it back all for free. The customer service is very good, quick response and very friendly.

Everything came alright, only less positive thing is that the shipping took 4 days longer that the days that were advertised

My package arrived as it should. What makes me remove one star is because i had to be nervous if it would. I do not appreciate having to pay for insurance. Im paying for my item and it should arrive in one piece period. It shouldn't have to be my responsibility and therefore i was not relaxed until it arrived. I will never pay extra for insurance, this is your responsibility to make sure what i buy and pay for arrives as it should. I advise other people topay with Klarna so you do not have to pay if it does not arrive as it should.

The product of Midas DN4816-O was delivered quickly and all other music web shops could not deliver this product. I had also calculated a two-day delay due to UPS. You can also read that UPS cannot meet the delivery time. I think Muziker cannot change that. The product was received fine.

Hello, I finally purchased my Katana Go which I was waiting for long time to be in stocks again. Even though it shipped little bit late everything was fine. Especially good shipping prices making shopping experience better.
