Le Service Client fait bien son travail mais malheureusement cette entreprise travaille avec le plus mauvais transporteur que je connaisse à savoir la compagnie UPS. Une fois de plus cela aura été une mauvaise expérience. J’ai pu récupérer par chance mon colis (un CD soi-disant de luxe bien trop cher). Je déconseille cette entreprise qui devrait travailler avec des livreurs plus sérieux.
